Enriched Air Diving
Air is a mixture of primarily two gases, approximately 21% oxygen.and 79% nitrogen. Nitrogen is the culprit in causing decompression sickness, more commonly know as the “bends”. This fact will be important as we discuss enriched air advantages. Enriched air is the result of adding oxygen to air, raising the level of oxygen in the mixture to between 22% and 99%. However, for recreational purposes enriched air blends range from 22% to 40% oxygen. Nitrox is often referred to as “enriched air”; however there is a difference between the two. Nitrox refers to any nitrogen-oxygen mixture, while enriched air is air that has some oxygen added. Therefore by definition enriched air can only contain greater than 21% oxygen. The two most common blends are 32% oxygen (EANx32) and 36% (EANx36). The abbreviation EAN stands for Enriched Air Nitrox.
The primary advantage of enriched air is to extend the no stop limits beyond the normal no stop limits associated with air. Since enriched air has a lower level of nitrogen than air, you absorb less nitrogen while your body is able to metabolize the extra oxygen, assuming you are diving within recreational enriched air limits. This results in longer no decompression limits while diving on enriched air. The primary disadvantage of diving with enriched air is potential exposure to oxygen toxicity. Oxygen can be toxic based on depth and duration under water, and by increasing the level of oxygen in the gas you breathe, you are constrained by your depth and duration. This is why you must calculate both your no decompression limit due to nitrogen, and your oxygen exposure limit called partial pressure. For most non-repetitive dives under 100 feet, you will be limited by the amount of gas as opposed to either the no decompression limit or the partial pressure limits. Enriched air is particularly effective in enhancing the frequency and duration of repetitive dives, since nitrogen buildup is lessened.
Enriched air diving within the recreational limit of under 40% oxygen requires some special equipment, but for the most part you can use the equipment you purchased for diving air. The only new piece of equipment that you will definitely need is a tank. One reason for this is the special markings that must go on an enriched air tank; the other is that the tank must be cleaned and lubricated for oxygen exposure to facilitate partial pressure blending which involves adding pure oxygen to air. A common scuba community guideline is that regulators, BCDs, SPGs and alternate air sources may be used with enriched air blends up to 40% oxygen without modification. However, you should verify that the manufacturer of each piece of equipment has certified that equipment for use with enriched air. For gas mixes with more then 40% oxygen, special equipment is required. As with any scuba equipment, regular servicing is highly recommended, including O-rings and other critical components. During your enriched air training, you will learn how to properly fill and verify the blend of gas in your tank. The verification step is extremely important and must be done by you the diver; you shouldn’t rely on anyone else to verify your gas blend.
Remember, you should never dive with enriched air unless you have been certified by a reputable certification organization. While the benefits of diving enriched air are significant, so are the risks.

Business plan software is something that often gets overlooked and isn’t considered to be a necessity for some reason. In my opinion, business plan software is essential, it is not a luxury. I am a huge advocate of business planning. When people ask me if they need a business plan, my response is, “Absolutely!” You see, starting a business without a business plan is akin to starting college without a degree plan. If you don’t know where you are going, you won’t know how to get there. You will waste your time and your money if you are not following a plan. It’s really that simple!
So, you know you need a business plan, but what about business plan software? For business planning, there are really three alternatives: 1) crafting your own business plan from scratch; 2) hiring a business plan writer or business planning consultant; or 3) using business plan software to write your own business plan. Each of these alternatives has its own advantages and disadvantages.
Writing your own business plan from scratch is certainly a possibility. Doing so gives you the freedom to format and arrange the plan in any way that you see fit. On the other hand, doing financial projections, which are necessary for the purpose of budgeting and financial planning, can be difficult to do without a business plan program, or at least financial projection software or spreadsheets.
Hiring a business plan writer makes sense for some people. A business plan writer is generally well-versed in business planning and will have insight that will assist you in preparing a comprehensive business plan that takes everything into account. The disadvantages to having your business plan professionally written are the expense associated with the initial plan, and the limitations that exist in regard to changing it as your business evolves, which is something that business plan software empowers you to do.
Business plan software is relatively inexpensive when compared to hiring a professional business plan writer or consultant. However, when compared to doing your own plan from scratch, it may seem like an unnecessary expense. Business plan software does have many advantages. A good business plan software package, like Business Plan Pro by Palo Alto, has the headings and categories for a business plan already set up for you. It also has guidance throughout the business planning process that explains what to include in each part of your business plan.
What I really love about Business Plan Pro is that it is so easy to do financial projections using the business plan software, whether or not you understand accounting. The main financial sections include a section for start-up costs, one for income projections, one for a proforma balance sheet, and one for a projected cash flow statement. Information that input into one of the financial forms automatically transfers calculations to the other financial statement forms making the process of projecting your financial plan a breeze.
Another huge advantage I see in regard to business plan software is that when you use business plan software to create your own business plan, you can make changes to it anytime you need to. It doesn’t become a stale document that sits on the shelf and collects dust. A business plan should be always evolving. You should update your business plan frequently including new goals, objectives and milestones. You should also adjust your financial projections regularly for the purpose of budgeting. Business plan software makes it easy to do.
If you choose not to use business software, and to create your own business plan from scratch, you will need some guidance unless you are a professional business planner yourself. The Small Business Administration at sba.gov has some excellent resources and guides about business planning. If you choose to hire a professional business plan writer, do review their qualifications and references and make certain that you understand exactly what is included in the business planning services they are offering.

If you are looking to start a credit repair business, one of the first things you will need to do is find people who need their credit repaired.
Thanks to the internet, this shouldnt be very hard. All you need to do is find a legitimate credit repair lead company to start sending you some leads.
The beauty of buying credit repair leads is that the potential client has committed to having their credit repaired by a professional such as yourself.
These people are not merely playing with the idea of having their credit repaired, or just gathering information for research. They are committed. Otherwise, they never would have gone on line and filled out the on line form.
By filling out the on line form, the potential customer is saying, I need help with my credit, I need my credit repaired, and they are seeking out a company or individual to help them out with their credit issues.
Unfortunately, there are a lot of people out there that need help with their credit, so the credit repair business is not at all a bad niche to get into.
Once your business becomes functional, take serious consideration into buying internet credit repair leads.
The benefit to buying internet credit repair leads is that you can buy them relatively cheap, and if your working with the right company, you can get them fresh or in real time. Best of luck.

Is your company ready to go public? How will you decide whether your company is ready to go public or not? There is no magic number or formula which qualifies a private company to transform into a public company. Then what are the factors which determine a company to be ready to public. Let us explain when you can transform your private company into a public company.
A public company can attract lots of shareholders from any place, where it sells its products or services. Check whether your products or services have a good market or not. If your product features a good regional market or national market you can transform your company into public. The basic fact behind this is that, if your product has a good name among the people, there will be large numbers of people who are ready to purchase your companys shares. If your product is not having such a market then there will be any use for you to go public. Investors will check your companys market value before making any investment. If they see your products or services have good move in the market they will surely rush into for buying shares.
The next step is to check whether your management team can grow your company or not. If your answer is yes, your company is ready to go public. This is because your management team is the vital part of your company who plays a main role in successfully using your equity financing. If you feel that they lack significant education and work experience, then dont go with idea of making your company public.
If you feel that your company has enough credibility, and need some additional money to grow more, your company is ready to go public. Remember that you will get necessary shareholders and investors if you have enough credibility. But when your company transforms into a public company, your companys responsibility increases and you must have a good management team to slowly grow up into new horizons. Unless you are sure your management team has good work experience, dont go to make it a public company.
Make a good business plan which should also be the vision and strategy of your company. You can also modify your existing business plan, keep in mind that you are going to expand your company into a public one.
There is no special time to say it is a good one to go public. If you think that your companys products and services have a good market you can go public. But it is better from your part to prepare some month before you are moving such a step. This is because you need to study the ins and outs of the public sector. As you are new to the public sector it is wise to make a study about the public sector before you transform your private company into a public one. This is something you have to be done so as to make your company tie up with the new standards. After all, once more make it sure that your company qualifies to become a public one.

Several of the largest natural disasters have occurred recently. These include the earthquake and tsunami in South East Asia and Hurricane Katrina in the Southern United States. Thousands of disasters occur every year. They all don’t affect thousands of people, but the impact is as dire for each one that has to experience it. Each time a disaster occurs our hearts go out to those affected. However, what can we do when we are many miles away?
The following are some of the ways you might contribute to others affected by a disaster:
1. Pray. If you believe that miracles happen every day, as I do, then prayer should be at the top of your list.
2. Give Blood. There is always a need for blood. Especially when major disasters occur. Contact the Red Cross to learn about giving blood and schedule a time to donate at 1-800-GIVELIFE.
3. Send Notes. Give hope to the victims of the disaster as well as the relief workers by sending an encouraging note. If you do not have specific individuals to send to, send your notes to the local area through relief agencies, churches, schools and newspapers.
4. Volunteer. Go with a group to the location of the disaster to be a part of the rebuilding process. This could be with a local church or organization. You can also donate your time to volunteer organizations that respond to disasters. One of the first to respond is the Salvation Army. You can register your desire to volunteer by contacting your local Salvation Army office.
5. Donate Funds. Make a financial contribution to organizations that support the victims of the disaster. The Red Cross responds to thousands of disasters each year. You can donate at 1-800-HELP-NOW.
6. Donate Items. When disaster strikes, people can be without necessities for a long time. You can help by donating some of these items. If you want to support relief efforts by providing items, one of the best ways is to build and send relief kits. The United Methodist Committee on Relief and Operation Blessing are two organizations that teach you how to make the relief kits and where to send them. You can contact these organizations at 1-800-814-8765 and 1-757-226-3401, respectively.
7. Provide Shelter. If you are a property owner with vacant rental housing, you might help those driven from their home. Contact Disaster Housing Resources Online to learn more and register your available space.
8. Have a Fundraiser. If you cannot afford to donate funds, conduct a fundraising event. The event does not need to be extravagant. I am aware of adults and kids that raised money for a cause by having a yard sale and selling lemonade.
9. Purchase Items. Shop at stores and eat at restaurants that donate a portion of their profits to support disaster relief efforts. You will discover several businesses making this kind of contribution following major disasters.
This list is a sample of things you could do. I challenge you to identify two or more ways you plan to contribute to disaster relief efforts. Act on them starting today.

Silvio Berlusconi, the media tycoon who became the outspoken, conservative Prime Minister of Italy, was recently handed an electoral plate of spaghetti in the face.
As you no doubt have read, he lost a narrow race to a left-of-center challenger, who the deep-pocketed Berlusconi outspent many times over. Although Berlusconi continues to contest the vote, the Italian court ruled in favor of his opponent.
Since Mr. Berlusconi seemed to bring a bit of spice to Italian politics and will now be replaced by a relatively bland serving of leadership, one cannot help but feel some remorse at his departure from the generally pallid troupe on the current stage of world politics.
One would think that an apparently bright guy like Silvio would know that a penchant for provocative speech and sartorial splendor are two of the most likely ways to inspire the average voter to take him down a peg. Apparently, being the effective but humble servant of the citizenry is not his cup of espresso.
Since Berlusconi was a forthright ally of our struggles in Iraq, we must now face the prospect that the newly elected Prime Minister will beat a speedy retreat.
So we better get ready to duck. The second plate of spaghetti may fly our way.

Should You Have An Assistant?
Some magicians prefer to work alone, they never want anyone mingling or catching the viewers’ attention while performing their magic tricks. If noticed, these are the magicians who only perform using cards, balls, flowers, birds, boxes, bottles, and other kinds of paraphernalia used in magic tricks. Though amusing, for very rare and really mind boggling tricks, a pair or a group of people performing the magic in front is more highlighted, making the whole performance longer since the magician could perform numerous kinds of tricks and illusions without having to move around and just concentrating on his master piece.
Oftentimes, magicians are seen doing their tricks in magic with one or two or even more assistants to help him with the trick. This is done especially when the magic show requires a person as a part of the trick or simply to hold some of the magician’s props for him. Their interaction with the assistants greatly influences the people watching the show. They help in making the audience.feel comfortable watching and even joining the show as volunteers in performing some of the tricks. They also attract the audience to applaud by striking a pose. Once the assistants move, the audience may be prompted to clap their hands.
The assistant may also serve as the extra vision of the magician. Since she has access to the back stage, she can be the first onlooker of the performers’ costumes and other props as well. She can immediately tell which costume belongs to who. Some magicians may just require their assistants to simply take care of his equipment back stage. Packing up props is also another responsibility of an assistant, since an assistant is usually the only person entrusted by the magician to touch his priced equipment or tools. However, there are times when the magician would like to pack their own props, the assistant can help by making sure that the magician has indeed packed everything and nothing got left behind.
The magician’s assistant can also make it a point that all tricks have been made. There are times when magicians lose track of the succeeding tricks due to the concentration and it is the assistant’s duty to make sure the next prop is presented to the magician to remind him of the next trick to be delivered.
Aside from having another set of hands for the show and keeping the props in their proper place, assistants could also help in entertaining volunteers for special tasks as part of the show. They will be the volunteers’ guide when there is already a need to stand, move or take a bow. Assistants can also play a big role in taking care of any volunteer or who is beginning to act like a nuisance. This can be accomplished by informing the security department of the show or by simply using his own strategies or following the instructions of the magician to tame the partypooper.
Also, assistants play an important role in drawing the audience’s attention since the audience will look where the assistant is looking while a trick is being performed. However, since a slight movement could catch attention, there should be an agreement between the magician and the assistant when to be still and when to start moving again. The assistant’s reaction is also vital for it causes the illusion of a trick happening for the first time, thus, giving more thrill to the audience. So once the magician halts for a few moments of applause, the assistant should halt as well.
Keep in mind that the magician’s assistant is not only assistant to him but to the rest of the performers who are also willing to help whenever she is free of her tasks. This builds camaraderie between the magicians and other fellow performers as well as on and off stage. It is very appropriate to offer the same relationship and respect with other workers in the magic show. The whole success of all the tricks performed will never be complete and effective without the assistant’s effort and hardwork, too.
As a form of motivation, good magicians should acknowledge and commend the assistant’s great job after a certain magic show. A simple pat on the back or a salary increase can help a lot.

Just as a good business plan relies on a certain number of consistent factors to be successful, so too, does a well thought out and executed website. Your site can provide any personality you wish (i.e. fun, adventurous, touching, professional, etc.), but its important to tune your website to the frequency of both visitor and search engine.
For instance, if the purpose of your website is golfing, but the majority of your written material is about something other than golf it may likely provide a disconnect with visitors who are interested in golf (which is why they came to your site). Such a scenario will also reduce your ranking in most search engine results.
Search engines utilize spider technology that scrolls through your website looking for those things that connect the content of your website with the purpose of your website. The more often it finds words related to the intent of your site the greater your website will rank. In turn, your website will be seen more often by those using a search engine to find the products, services or information that you provide.
When writing content for your website you should map out applicable keywords or key phrases that make your site content relevant to your site purpose. So, using the golf example, you might write articles that focus on using keywords of key phrases such as golf, golfing lessons, golf instructions, learn how to golf, golfing videos, etc.
The relevance of your website is important to you, your visitor and ultimately the search engines whose goal is to provide their visitors with the most relevant sites available. Once you determine the target of your website you may wish to visit the following site to assist you in helping to determine which keywords or key phrases are best suited for your site.
http://inventory.overture.com/d/searchinventory/suggestion/?mkt=us〈=en_US
The site above allows you to type in the keyword that best describes your site. In turn, it provides you with multiple keywords or key phrases that will assist you in crafting the most comprehensive content for your site.
If you have trouble writing applicable content you may wish to find a content writer who can assist you in research and writing. Hiring such a writer can add professionalism and comprehensive content to your site. Visitors should not be distracted by misspelled words and other errors and a professional writer can be a sound investment in your online objectives. Many qualified writers can also take your ideas and polish them up so you work in tandem with a writer in crafting highly specific content for your site. You should define for any writer you work with what specific keywords or key phrases you require. It may even be beneficial to create several articles that focus on one specific keyword or key phrase.
When adding content to your website, it is important to think ahead. Define your main pages then add simple navigation tools to each page of your site. We will talk more about this in our next article.
Important information should be easily accessed on your website. Visitors should be able to locate pages within two clicks of the mouse. Without navigational structure your content will essentially be useless to visitors who have difficulty locating the material they need.
The primary rule for website development is to ensure that your visitors can click back to the homepage FROM EVERY PAGE OF YOUR WEBSITE.

One of the most widely used types of websites on the Internet in the 21st century are those associated with auction services. The different auction services in operation on the Internet and World Wide Web have continued to enjoy every growing patronage with each and every passing year. If you are a parent who is in the market for different types of products for your baby, you will want to consider spending some time checking out one or another of the different auction sites that are in operation in cyberspace at this point in time.
For example, if you are like most parents, you definitely want to obtain the best possible toys for your little one. Of course, if you are a parent, you likely have set foot in a toy store in the brick and mortar world in recent days. Having been in a toy store in the brick and mortar world, you may have a bit of ticket shock. Indeed, the costs of toys in many of the specialty stores in the brick and mortar world can be high, high, high.
Internet auction sites nearly always have a wide selection of different types of toys and entertainment items for your baby. These sites usually maintain a selection of educational toys as well, including educational toys for babies. (Keep in mind that most experts now agree that it is never to early to begin to expose your children educational toys. Learning begins for children at a very, very young age.)
In addition to toys, auction sites have proven to be very helpful to parents who are looking for clothing for their babies. These sites nearly always and universally maintain a nice size selection of clothing items for babies. By accessing these sites, a parent generally can save a great deal of money on clothing for a baby. (Parents of babies always are on the hunt for ways in which to save money. The 21st century certainly is a time during which parents really do find themselves on tight budgets.)
If you are interested in saving money on items and products for your baby, auction sites can also be helpful when it comes to buying formula and food products for your baby. By shopping at these auction sites, you can save hundreds of dollars on formula and food for your baby over time.

Audio books have been around for many years, but they have become more popular recently. It is said that they will become even more popular in 2006. There are many trends that will hit the audio books market in 2006.
Say goodbye to audio CD and cassettes and say hello to downloadable audio books. MP3 audio books and other formats of digital audio books will become cheaper and easier to access. Audio books on CDs and cassettes tend to be more of an inconvenience, even though they are more user friendly. But this year the amount of listeners who download audio books from the internet to listen on their various mobile devices will rise significantly. This does not come as a big surprise as MP3s have become more popular then portable CD players.
Similar to the DVD market, most audio book listeners will prefer to rent audio books instead of buying them. It seems this trend will be the strongest for downloadable audio books but is also true for audio books on CD and books on tape.
Another trend that will become popular is the online audio book services, which will offer low cost and free audio books through free trial offers and special deals. So in some cases, you may not even have to buy the book.
The audio books market has been quite popular in the United Kingdom; in 2004 it sold over $124 million. It is said that the trend is soon going to take Europe by storm. In 2005 the market in Germany grew to $120 million. It is expected to rise about 20 % in the whole continent during the year of 2006.
So join the band wagon and get yourself some audio books. You can listen to them while doing exercise. Instead of listening to music you can listen to your favourite book.

So you want to trade, eh? Or have you already started? What drew you to it? Was it the huge profit potential? Maybe it was the excitement. Or perhaps you love the challenge of solving a big, multi-dimensional puzzle.
Whatever the case, there’s certainly a number of things that make trading the financial markets worthwhile. At the same time, however, there are some huge obstacles along the path to profits and success. This article discusses five ways to avoid trouble in the markets. They will help protect your capital and increase your chances of success. Ready? Let’s jump right in!
#1 Avoid Errors in Order Entry!
The quickest way to lose money in the markets is to make mistakes when you place your orders. Fortunately, this is something very easy to fix. PAY ATTENTION! It’s as simple as that. Every trade entry system you could use has some kind of order confirmation mechanism. Take the extra two seconds and check to make sure everything is correct. I can assure you this will save you money.
#2 Use Only Risk Capital!
New traders often get so caught up in the excitement and anticipation of trading that they let common sense go on holiday and trade with money they have no business putting at risk. Any money you put in to the markets must be risk capital, money you can afford to lose and not impact your basic financial situation. It’s hard enough to be successful as a fledgling trader. You do not want the added pressure of having to make money and/or not being able to afford losing it.
#3 Start With Enough Capital!
It takes money to make money. You’ve heard that often enough. Accounts that are too small can be a major hindrance to trading success. They suffer from transactions costs that are proportionally higher than is the case for larger accounts, which hinders returns. They also restrict the number of positions you can have at one time, which means you cannot always take good trades that come along and you may not be able to diversify as you should.
#4 Trade Small!
When in doubt, put less money at risk. There is no more swift way to lose huge chunks of money than to trade too big. Your trading size should be determined by your account size based on the risk being taken. If you are risking an amount of your account that potentially puts your long-term ability to keep trading in question, your position is too big. If this means you cannot trade certain instruments, find something else.
#5 Avoid Trading Too Often!
Trading can be fun, exciting, and profitable. It is also an intermittent reward system, like gambling. That means it’s easy to get hooked and in a dangerous cycle. The feeling you have after a winning trade will make you want to do it again. This can lead to sloppy trading. Some traders do not make any additional trades the same day as they close out a position. That helps get some time and space to ensure good decision-making based on their system, not their emotions. Do whatever you must to ensure you always trade in control.
New traders are prone to mistakes as they learn how to be successful. If you take the advice of this article, you should be able to prevent unnecessarily losing money because of things you could have avoided. Learn from the mistakes of others. It will make you more successful in the long run and make the path you take a bit smoother.

When I was a little younger, I took up photography and have myself exposed to different subjects. I find the art awesome. It captures and preserves moments and things you cherish and adore.
I consider photography as a protective cloth for my valued possessions. Memories that cannot be seized for a long moment and things that will deteriorate in the future time will be detained in your photos. Thats the very reason I liked photography.
Along with my photography penchant, I also developed my love for postcards. Basically it is the same as collecting pictures only that you have a message on it and you mail it. Since then, deltiology has been part of my life.
Deltiology or postcard collecting is currently the third largest collectable hobby in the whole wide world. I am so happy that I am part of that hobby. Doing the same, makes me acquainted with different places and things which are both seen and unseen by me. Credit must be given to Franco-Germans since they are the ones who produced the very first historical card.
The present era is a photochrome postcard milieu. It is also commonly called as modern chromes. It started in the year 1939 and stays up to the present time. I am influenced by this milieu in the sense that I have learned to incorporate my pictures to come up with customized postcards.
With customization, the creator is given a wider leeway. He can put in his choice of pictures and captions that way the postcards created will appear more personal and warmer than those customarily made.
Since, these postcards are not that ordinary thus, it must be processed through custom postcard printing. A special postcard printing process that acknowledges your postcards special needs. When you have opted custom postcard printing, be sure that you only entrust your printing needs to a credible and reputable commercial printing that way you can be secured of the results. You need not be troubled with discrepancies and other annoying aftermaths.
Nowadays, I do not worry about my priceless possessions. I just enjoy them to the fullest!

Copyright 2006 Michael Madigan
If you use PCs, you are staring at that PC screen a lot. Therefore you need a correct screen setup as soon as possible, or your eyes, neck shoulders and the rest of your body will suffer.
The trend in computer screens is to replace the box type computer monitor with a flat screen , saving weight space and power.
However all the following tips apply equally to both types.
Suitable positioning of your monitor screen will cut back on unwanted exertion, and bad positioning, plus other possible health problems like exhaustion, eyestrain and related disorders like itching and styes.
Eyestrain, neck and back pain can be considerably reduced by proper selection of the monitor (or flat screen). The screen should be positioned in proper relation to other components like the keyboard, desk, and chair.
While using the computer monitor, ensure the following:-
The screen is in front of you and at least 20 inches (45 centimetres) away.
The screen should not be more than 40 inches (100 centimetres) away.
Ideal computer screen size is between 15 to 20 inches, (about 37 to 50 centimetres) measured diagonally. If the screen is very small, youll find it difficult to read the characters. If the screen is very large, you may require too much space.
The ideal position is to have the screen directly in front of you. But, if that is not possible, the maximum offcentering recommended is 35 degrees to the left or right of you. Thats approximately…not very much!
The top line of the computer monitor screen should be at or below your eye level. If necessary raise your chair a little, so that your line of sight is also raised. (However if you do this, make sure your feet still get get good support, and your thighs can move freely under the desk.)
Computer monitor should not be placed above or on top of other equipment like a CPU (central processing unit) or a surge protector. The screen would be then higher than your eyes. That might well increase strain on your eyes, neck, and back.
If your work is chiefly involved with printed matter, it is better to place the computer monitor a little to the side, with the documents on a stand just in front of you. There should not be too much distance between the monitor and the printed matter.
The screen should be placed at right angles to windows, so avoiding irritating reflections.
The ideal screen position is to have it directly in front of you. But, if that is not possible, the maximum offcentering recommended is 35 degrees to the left or right.
If your work is chiefly involved with printed matter, it is better to place the computer monitor a little to the side, with the documents on a stand just in front of you. There should not be too much distance between the screen and any printed matter you are working on.
Do not tilt computer monitors sharply either toward or away from yourself, as the objects on the screen may appear distorted making them hard to view. Also, if the monitor is tilted back, there are chances of the overhead lights creating glare on the monitor, and a tilted or propped monitor may become unstable and fall over. You can tilt the computer monitor screen slightly – somewhere between 10 to 20 degrees – so that it is perpendicular to your line of sight. Always ensure that the angle and tilt of the screen can be adjusted without much effort.
For anything other than minor screen adjustment, it is is better to have the computer monitor sitting on a a riser/swivel stand, available from any good computer accessory store, on or offline. To avoid glare, make use of a glare screen, available again from any suitable source of computer accessories…
Get your screen setup right and you’ve taken a big step towards healthy computing in 2006 and beyond!

Getting annoyed or wary about bags to be packed for the next vacation need not be a mandatory part of your every holiday. Though it might seem tedious, following certain tips in packing can make the errand quick, easy, and efficient!
For a more effortless packing experience, remember:
1. Lists, lists, lists: All destinations require different things to be packed. Once the place is fixed, make a list of things you and the family will require. You might want to make separate list for every family member to prevent missing anything essential.
Lists expedite packing and help you fill up luggage claims in the event of lost bags! However, beware of too numerous lists. They could confuse you and make life difficult. Also, keep the final list in your hand baggage or wallet where you can refer to it in the event you need it.
2. bags type: On the surface it appears like an unnecessary discussion but could make a considerable impact on your holiday! Consider packing fragile crystal in soft-sided luggage, not a great idea, is it? If the trip is going to be a long and arduous one, perhaps a hard-sided luggage will be a better companion. Choose according to requirements not only on fashion dictates! When purchasing bags for a trip, look for in-built characteristics like:
a. hanger rods
b. Reverse-fold designs
c. Packing fixtures
d. extra pockets
e. Wetpacks
f. Retractable wheels
g. locks that do not dangle too much
f. Size that allows the luggage to be carried for its intended use. For instance, if it is a handbag then it should fit the flight overhead luggage location.
3. The business of packing: the quickest steps to packing are:
a. Clear a flat surface for packing and open your packing cases on it, one at a time.
b. Stack all the material to be packed next to the bag. Make separate stacks for separate bags.
c. Place heavy objects like shoes, toiletries, and hairdryers at the bottom of the case. You can call up the hotel you are staying over at to confirm if they provide things like hairdryers and avoid lugging too much.
d. Next, use wrinkle-free clothing like jeans and lingerie to cushion heavy items.
e. Now, start with the heavy clothing-suits and dresses. Keep the shoulders of the suits straight, next to the hinge of the bag. Fold clothes over each other to avoid creasing and wrinkling.
Fold all clothes on their natural creases to minimize the space they take. (Note: check with the hotel if they provide laundry service, if they do you can reduce the number of things you have to carry.)
4. Packing the hand baggage: It is imperative that you are equally or more cautious about what you carry on your person.
A checklist is given below:
a. your PASSPORT and TICKETS.
b. Wallet and identification like drivers license or other identification.
c. Insurance papers.
d. Travelers checks, money, and any other valuables.
e. Itinerary with confirmation numbers and required telephone numbers.
f. Your medication.
g. Film rolls that you can ask to be hand checked to avoid damaging them with x-rays! Its best practice to get the rolls developed wherever you are before traveling, even though it might be more pricey to do so but at least you are guaranteed that they are not getting spoilt!
Lastly, travel light. Coordinate outfits to avoid lugging too many clothes. Dont be too flashy so that you dont draw too much attention to yourself and your luggage. Mark off your luggage well to avoid it being mixed up and to make out it quickly on luggage conveyors.

While people communicate they use different methods of expressing themselves – gestures always accompany our words and help to express our feelings. Correct interpretation of gestures can tell us even more than words. Some of them demonstrate partner’s unconcealed intentions. Others, on the opposite, reveal his secret thoughts and hidden desires. In both cases, most gestures are considered to be subconscious. This is something that gives you an opportunity to read intentions of your partner.

Fast cars, fast women, and fast money? You must be thinking of Hot Import Nights, the constantly-on-tour event with chromed-out rides and non-stop hip-hop thats more interested in showing skin than sheetmetal.
And for a whole bunch of people, it pretty much stops there. Its a safe bet that a good three-quarters of the customized cars roaming the streets are of the all-show-and-no-go kind, most commonly a hopped-up economy car with wheels that scrape its fenders meant to give off the image of speed.
Luckily, theres a select minority that actually prides themselves on their ability to make Import Car more interesting in any number of ways many of whom have high technical proficiency, take the hobby seriously, and hate being grouped with the former camp.
First, there are events in which anyone can participate but where nimble-handling Import Car do best, such as Autocross. Usually held on Sundays (not for free), anyone is welcome to take their best shot at running what they brung through a maze of orange cones and compete for the best times. Compact Honda Import Car arrive in droves at these things.
Obviously, some also race face-to-face. Obviously, no one could get away with the giant organized illegal metropolitan street races you see in movies, and less emphasis is put on drag races (thats more of an American muscle car thing) but competitions do go on at racetracks and spontaneous challenges happen on the street all the time.
But the import scene itself also seems to be inventing new events. After all, the culture, like the majority of the cars themselves, came from Japan, and some of it is spilling over. The most recent and widespread of them all is drifting, a subjectively-judged competition event where drivers compete to see who can boot their car sideways around a track in the most interesting manner. Entire sets of tires easily go bald in a day, and the amount of power isnt nearly as important as the linearity and controllability. Anyone without a cheap, light, stick-shifted rear-wheel-drive car is toast, and the talent of certain makes and models really springs to the surface. Those of you whove been getting ridiculously large offers for that 1986 Toyota Corolla hatchback rusting away in your driveway now know why.
Helping to expand the popularity is an entire anime series dedicated to the sport called Initial D, obviously popular with the younger set. Much higher exposure will soon come in the second sequel to that lucrative B-movie The Fast and the Furious, this time titled Tokyo Drift and set for a summer 2006 release.
